Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique style of rappers. Baker was born in Houston in Texas on the 22nd of April, 1990 into the family of a German and English Scottish family. His parents, who were both missionaries, took him on several trips in his early days. James Colson Baker battled depression and joblessness, and his mom Sonia Alane dumped him at age nine. Baker and his father relocated to Denver in the United States, and they stayed in the home of his dad's aunt. Others in the community bullied Baker for being poor. As a sixth-grader, he began listening to rap. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas the U.S. The music he creates is a blend of contemporary, alternative hip-hop along with rock. Baker has released four mixtapes over the period between 2007-2010, prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. Delivering lyrics with the speed of a train, this Cleveland rapper experienced a meteoric increase in the latter half of 2011 as he made the transition from cranking out self-released mixtapes and then signing with well-known labels. His career took off every album ranking among the top ten.
